Delivery within Lagos is ₦4,000–₦5,000. Nationwide delivery is available across Nigeria and the fee varies slightly by location. Orders above ₦60,000 qualify for free delivery.

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
International shipping is not available at this time. We currently deliver to all states within Nigeria.
Is pay on delivery available?
No, we do not offer pay on delivery. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are packed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

What products do you currently offer?
We currently offer three "products": the Beetroot Wellness Tea (₦20,000), the Cocoa Balance Mix (₦20,000), and the Soft Girl Reset Combo — which includes both products at ₦35,000, saving you ₦5,000.
How long should I use the products?
We recommend a minimum of 14 days for noticeable results. For best results, use consistently for 30 days. The Soft Girl Reset Combo is ideal for a 14–30 day reset programme.
Are Sommiestee products safe to consume?
Our products are made from 100% natural ingredients. However, they are not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, or individuals with existing medical conditions. Please consult your doctor before use if in doubt.
How do I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the packaging sealed after opening. Shelf life is 6–12 months.
Is there a referral programme?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payment, bank transfer, and USSD via Flutterwave. Card payment is our recommended method for faster processing.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Absolutely. All card payments are processed by Flutterwave, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
I was charged but did not receive a confirmation. What do I do?
If your payment went through but you did not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately at Sommiestee@outlook.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and still sealed. You must report the return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
When can I get a refund?
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect orders. We do not offer refunds on opened or used products.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photo proof and we will arrange an exchange immediately.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Report damaged orders within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will issue a replacement as soon as possible.
